Our refund policy
You should never feel stuck with something you paid us for. Here is exactly how refunds work for each thing we sell, written the way we would explain it on a phone call.
The two-week trial
Refundable, any time during your 14 days, no questions asked.
If the trial is not for you, email us before your two weeks are up and we will refund the $27 in full. You do not need a reason and we will not try to talk you out of it.
- To cancel instead: two clicks in your portal, under My Brand, then Your plan
- To get the $27 back: one email, any time inside the 14 days
The White Glove Brand Build
Not refundable once your kickoff call has happened.
This is a live working session with Chris. On the call, you build your brand profile together. Chris then hand-tunes your first week before it ships. Once the call has happened, the work has been delivered and cannot be returned.
- Bought it by accident? If your kickoff call has not happened yet, email us and we will refund it, no problem
The monthly plan
Cancel anytime. Your next charge simply never happens.
- How: two clicks in your portal, under My Brand, then Your plan
- When it takes effect: at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access for the time you already paid for
- Partial months: we do not refund part of a month already billed
How to ask, and how fast it lands
Email chris@growwithkoda.co from the address you bought with. A human reads it, usually same day.
Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with. Banks typically post them within 5 to 10 business days.
